I am thankful for friendships. Old and new. Short and long. I am thankful for being able to call on them for help, advice, fun, movie time and just to chat.
I am especially thankful right now to my friend Kim for watching Benjamin while I had to go into the office. She and her daughter Leia found out how stubborn he can be but still enjoyed hanging out with him. And they helped make my separation easier. My friendship with Kim started a few months before I met my husband Jared. She is the reason we are together even though I refused to meet on her terms. I love that we can go months on end without talking but still catch up and be there for each other.
